Currently working at Thirdfort, where I recently led a core product re-architecture. Previously I contributed to design systems work across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp for Business at Meta.

I believe the mark of great product design is that you don't think about it. People don't talk about the design of products they love; they talk about how it feels to use them. Effortless. Delightful. “It just works.”

The projects I'm proudest of are the ones where we took a tangled, painful workflow and turned it into something people actually wanted to use, with the metrics to prove it.
